The leather on this purse is really soft. It's the kind of leather that gets more and more buttery over time. The color of the leather is a lovely deep, soft brown like Cowboy leather with saddle brown shoulder straps. The leather is thick, strong, and durable. It has a lovely, old fashioned style to the colors of the leather. It's a really well made purse by Fossil. It has an old world feel. The front of the bag has the saddle colored leather pieces woven down the middle. This gives is a beautiful old world, cowboy, old West soft of look. A silver Fossil logo key hangs from the front.
