Absolutely beautiful Chanel handbag. The bag is beige in color and has a silver Chanel logo on one of the outside pockets that is about 2inches wide. The purse has an inside pocket with a zipper as well as compartments for easy access to a cell, PDA, iPod, etc. The outside has two zipper pockets. All zippers are original and in perfect working order. The bottom of the bag has 4 silver “feet” to help protect against wear. The bag is in great condition with the exception of the bottom corners which show signs of very light wear. It is 100% authentic but I am unable to find the authenticity card it came with. You can take the bag into any Chanel store for authentication and a new card will be issued to you. The identification number on the inside of the bag is #11218636. I have always stored the bag in the Chanel dust-bag it came with. I paid $2200 for it new. The color is best seen in the second picture which is of the back of the bag. I am happy to email more to you upon request. I just noticed a tiny pen mark on the top that is about 1cm in length it is very light. The inside is also beige and has some stains on the fabric (the bottom) and a couple of pen dots on the inside as well. BALENCIAGA METALIC HOBO DAY BAG This is an authentic Balenciaga large Day bag. It is metalic silver in color in a hobo style bag. The top closure has a zipper that extends the full length of the bag, additionally there is a zippered pocket on the outside front and inside back of the bag. The inside leather tag is stamped with the Balenciaga name and what I think is the serial number as well as “Made in Italy”. The bag includes the dust bag for storage and is in very fine condition. The only sign of wear is a little fading on one side of the handle. This bag originally sold for over $1300.00. I have it stuffed with tissue paper for the photographs to show it standing up but the bag feels very soft and as you can see in the last couple photos, it lays almost flat when empty. There are a number of leather tassels attached to the zippers and handle and there is a small plastic pouch containing extra tassels as shown in the photos. There is a matching covered mirror attached to the bag by a couple long tassels, the back of the mirror has a small pocket which appears to be about big enough to hold a credit card. The bag measures about 14″ across, and also about 14″ from the bottom to the top not counting the handle. When held by the handle, the top of the bag is about 6″ below your hand. It’s a hobo bag, so I’m not sure how to measure how thick it is… stuffed with tissue the way I have it in the photos it is about 6 or 7 inches thick but it could be stuffed a lot thicker if you wanted to. As you can see in the photo, it will lay almost flat with nothing inside it. This bag auctioned at $610.00. I had described it as new, in perfect condition because I did not notice the wear on the handle. Luckily, the buyer noticed it in one of the pictures and asked about it before paying – I checked and found that she was right. We canceled the transaction and I took two more pictures showing the wear – look at the last two pictures which I just added. The wear is only on one side of the handle, not the other. Other than that the bag looks almost new! Made in Italy, you will look fantastic with this expensive Balenciaga bag on your arm.
